I Carry You With Me

This drama is based on the real-life story of gay Mexican couple Ivan and Gerardo. While in Mexico, Ivan hides his gayness for fear of being deprived of visitation rights to see his son with an ex. He decides to try his luck and enters America illegally as an undocumented immigrant. He lands in New York, where Gerardo also follows suit. In New York, the two find it challenging to achieve the American dream, but they could now be openly gay.
