Gin Blossoms only released two albums with A&M Records, but the label has certainly made the most of that music over the years, with Icon marking the band's third greatest-hits compilation since 1999. Most of these songs are taken from New Miserable Experience and Congratulations.I'm Sorry, while "Idiot Summer" (originally heard on the Wayne's World 2 soundtrack) and "Just South of Nowhere" (a deep cut from the Up and Crumbling EP, as well as the B-side to the "Hey Jealousy" single) serve as the only semi-surprises. ~ Andrew Leahey
