In 2011, Icon replaced 20th Century Masters - The Millennium Collection as the budget-line Tony! Toni! Toné! anthology, but there are some differences between the two releases. Bizarrely, this includes neither "Baby Doll" nor "Born Not to Know" -- two Top Five R&B singles from the trio's 1988 debut. In their place, there's a pair of album cuts, "Don't Fall in Love" and "My Ex-Girlfriend." Otherwise, the selections are identical, led by chart-toppers "Little Walter," "The Blues," "Feels Good," "It Never Rains (In Southern California)," and "Whatever You Want." The relatively in-depth Hits compilation from 1997 could have used an overhaul, but this was certainly better than nothing. ~ Andy Kellman
