Lurking beneath the facade of the rising law student, a young man suffers from intensely nationalistic illusions with fatal consequences as he plots to assassinate the leader of his country, Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin. The film explores assassin Yigal Amir's descent into his murderous deeds from his own unsettled perspective.
