Italian Job

The original version of The Italian Job gets the deluxe treatment on this DVD release from Paramount. The disc presents the film in a widescreen anamorphic transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1. English soundtracks are rendered in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and Dolby Digital Mono. English subtitles are accessible. Supplemental materials include a commentary track recorded by film producer Michael Deeley, and author of The Making of The Italian Job Matthew Field. Three behind-the-scenes featurettes, trailers, and a deleted scene round out his solid DVD.
