Journeys With George

Alexandra Pelosi worked as a television producer in 1999. Her mother, Nancy Pelosi, was then a congresswoman who would one day ascend to one of the most powerful positions in the government. Alexandra followed around then Governor George W. Bush for over a year during his campaign for the Presidency. Her video diary was turned into the documentary Journeys With George, which comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original aspect ratio of the film. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo, and a Spanish soundtrack has been recorded in Dolby Digital Mono. There are no supplemental materials of any consequence, but this documentary is still worthwhile for anyone with an interest in the subject matter.
