Annie feels stuck in her relationship with Duncan, who obsessively runs a fan site dedicated to reclusive indie rocker Tucker Crowe. After she posts a scathing review of Crowe's latest release to Duncan's site, Crowe himself emails her and they begin corresponding. When he requests to meet her, both she and Duncan must confront the real man behind the pop culture icon that's influenced their lives.
