A young man who falls for his brother's old girlfriend gets the chance to finally express his love after the woman returns to his hometown after traveling around the world. Pepper had always had feelings for Sarah, who at one point went out with his older brother Rich, though he never acted on it while she still lived in town. After taking an extended trip after graduation, Sarah returns with a new look and punk attitude.
