L.A. Story

A television weatherman struggles to find meaning in the city of Los Angeles, which he finds increasingly superficial and shallow. While meeting friends for lunch, he is introduced to a striking British journalist, for whom he quickly develops feelings. Dissatisfied with his current relationship, he indulges his crush, but things grow complicated when he learns of her reconciliation with an ex-husband.
