The six-track L O V E EP is the first solo release from Kirstie Maldonado of Pentatonix. Issued under a stylized version of her given name, Kirstin, it follows her a cappella group's 2017 EP PTX, Vol. 4: Classics by a few months, and bandmates Mitch Grassi and Scott Hoying's debut EP as Superfruit by a few weeks. Unlike that side project's jubilant, party-tailored electro-pop, L O V E is darker, more reflective, and filled with impassioned vocal performances.
