Hong Kong, once known for its glaring neon, has been converting to modern LED. When Mei-hsiang's neon-master husband dies, she struggles through the grief. Responding to this grief, she is determined to continue the tradition of neon despite the new trend and fights to reinvigorate the industry while continuing to train her husband's apprentice.
