Columbia's scant, ten-track Love Songs compilation pales in comparison to other amorous Johnny Mathis anthologies like Essential Johnny Mathis, Ultimate Hits Collection, or even 1972's Johnny Mathis' All-Time Greatest Hits. Any Mathis collection with the word "love" in it that doesn't include the "Twelfth of Never" and "Too Much, Too Little, Too Late" should be ashamed of itself. ~ James Christopher Monger
