Complex relationships, real-estate woes and Lyme disease highlight this incisive period drama staring Alec Baldwin. A suburban community is swept up in fear after local Charlie Bragg contracts Lyme disease. In response, Charlie's neighbor Brenda begins duct-taping her son Scott's cuffs. Meanwhile, Charlie's wife Melissa goes to work for Brenda's husband Mickey, and Scott pines for Charlie and Brenda's daughter. Tensions come to a head when Scott's brother Jimmy returns home on military leave.
