Matlock: The Fourth Season

Andy Griffith's second enormous television hit, the southern-flavored legal drama MATLOCK, brought him back to television in 1986, around 18 years after THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW wrapped. He starred as Ben Matlock, an oft-underestimated but clever and wily Harvard-educated attorney with a knack for proving the innocence of seemingly impossible clients - and retained a large and loyal audience for nine long seasons. This particular volume showcases all twenty-three episodes from Season Four (1989-90), from "The Hunting Party, Pt. 1" through "The Cookie Monster." The supporting cast includes Nancy Stafford as Matlock partner Michelle Thomas, Clarence Gilyard, Jr. as local investigator Conrad McMasters, and Julie Sommars as Matlock's girlfriend Julie March.
