Jennifer Kries leads the viewer through a series of Pilates exercises that allow the viewer to concentrate on shaping particular body parts and muscle groups. The DVD contains a standard full-frame transfer. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. There are neither subtitles nor closed captions on this release. Supplemental materials include a biography of Kries. This is a great disc for those somewhat familiar with Pilates workouts.
