Icy Demons hail from Chicago and comprise the "experimental music project" of Bablicon's Griffin Rodriguez and Man Man's Christopher Powell. MIAMI ICE is their Japan-only album, released in late 2007 and available stateside in 2008. The musicians enlist many a friend to create an album that traverses a wide range of styles ranging from the poppy "Miami Ice" to the slightly more avant "Spywatchers," with the unifying thread of simply having no restrictions placed upon the record's different styles.
