When Illyana, Rahne, Sam, Danielle, and Roberto — five teenage mutants who are just discovering their superhuman abilities — are held inside an isolated hospital to be psychologically monitored, strange occurrences begin to happen. As events intensify, they find themselves embarking on a mission to escape the facility and save their lives, putting their newfound friendship and powers to the ultimate test.
