Night in Rome: London Philharmonic

NIGHT IN ROME, a release from the DVD-Audio series which is devoted to focusing on the works of composers from certain European countries, focuses (of course) on Italy's best classical music. The London Philharmonic Orchestra performs expert renditions -- recorded in top of the line 6-channel surround sound -- of works including Vivaldi's "Allegro from Spring - The Four Seasons," Albinoni's "Concerto for Strings Op. 7, No. 7," and Verdi's "Prelude to Act I from La Traviata."
