Night of the Bums

When three mischievous witches target the homeless population of the city with a toxic concoction that turns regular people into flesh-eating ghouls, the streets run red with blood. After disguising the bizarre brew as bottles of cheap wine, the witches sit back and watch as the homeless swallow their malevolent plan by the pint. Now no one is safe from the cannibalistic bums who devour anyone in sight, but the mayor of the city has one last plan that could make the streets safe again. After arming himself with venom-soaked bullets taken from a skeleton puppet, the no-nonsense city official takes aim at every bite-happy beggar in sight.
