Now That's What I Call Music! 55

The American edition of the long-running Now That's What I Call Music compilation series offers up its 55th set, showcasing pop hits and emerging acts from the late-2014 and 2015 seasons. As with previous collections, a good deal of these songs made their mark in the top half of the Billboard charts, like Taylor Swift's "Style," Maroon 5's "This Summer's Gonna Hurt," and Jason Derulo's "Want to Want Me." In addition to tried-and-true stars, Vol. 55 also includes hotly tipped up-and-comers like Clairity ("Scarecrow") and Smallpools ("Dreaming"). ~ Timothy Monger
