Observator

To ring in their tenth anniversary as a band, Danish duo the Raveonettes are releasing their sixth album together, Observator. While the album will have plenty of the murky garage jams the Raveonettes have become known for, they also took this album as an opportunity to experiment with their sound, using instruments like the piano to add a bit of gloomy austerity to the album's first single, "Observations." Experiments aside, fans should expect Observator to deliver plenty of noisy, dreamlike pop, making for another fine entry into the band's dark and melancholic discography.
