Per its title, the musical compilation release Opera Highlights, Vol. 3 presents in-concert extracts from the most compelling aria interpretations of recent years. Highlights include Yvonne Kenny on "Per Pietà, Ben Mio, Perdona" from Mozart's +Così Fan Tutte; Waltraud Meier on "Geliebter, Komm!" from Richard Wagner's +Tannhäuser; and Bryn Terfel on "Wo Ist Er, Dessen Sündenbecher Jetzt Voll Ist?" from Strauss' +Salome. Also appearing are soloists Christine Schäfer, Paul Groves, Franz Hawlata, and others.
