Out on a Limb

A financial whiz close to sealing a big deal finds himself detoured when his little sister calls, convinced that her new stepfather, the mayor of Buzzsaw, Cal., is up to no good. He heads to Buzzsaw, where he loses his paperwork on the deal and is confronted by the city's remarkable collection of eccentrics.
