Palast Orchester: Dance & Film Music of 1920s

This Berlin-set performance film from August 2006 finds maestro Max Raabe leading his Palast Orchester in renditions of pop hits from the 1920s and 1930s, at the tail end of their tours of Japan, China, Italy and the U.S. Selections include "Amalie Geht Mit 'Nem Gummi-Kavalier," "Bei Dir War Es Immer So Schön,", "Mein Kleiner Grüner Kaktus," and many more.
