Panther: The Panzer V

Filmmakers and war historians take a closer look at the machine judged by many to be perhaps the best designed war tank of World War II in this documentary focusing on Germany's dreaded Panther (aka Panzer Mk. V). Upon encountering the Soviet's powerful T-34 tank while invading Russia in 1941, the German troops incorporated many of the T-34's design elements into their own Panzer tank.
