Child siblings Mimi and Luke accidentally unearthed an alien overlord they nicknamed Psycho Goreman. Mimi discovers that an ancient amulet she found near the creature has the power to make it obey the holder's command. Thus, she and Luke end up ordering the overlord around—until its presence alerts intergalactic assassins who fly to their small suburb to wreak havoc.
