Primary Motive

An idealistic press secretary who believes candidates shouldn't lie discovers that the opposition candidate has fabricated his entire biography. When he exposes the lies the candidate denies them. After getting one more piece of damning evidence from the opponent's own wife he is faced with the ironic possibility that it will turn him into an irresistible political martyr at the polls.
