Since becoming an independent artist and founding her own label, Shelby Lynne's been on a tear. She released two albums in 2010: Tears, Lies and Alibis -- which became a Top Ten hit at Americana radio -- and a holiday collection entitled Merry Christmas. Revelation Road is the third album to appear on her Everso imprint. Lynne wrote, performed, and produced each of the album's 11 originals, including the pre-release title track, which was released as a digital single on August 16, 2011. Revelation Road is the most intimate, immediate, and searing recording Lynne's offered to date.
