Road to Perth

An American named Alex has recently proposed marriage to his girlfriend, but she rejected it and broke up with him. To help him heal and move on, Alex embarks on a road trip and drives aimlessly through the rural landscapes of Australia. He stops at every hamlet to photograph one local while conversing with them. Things change when Alex's friend requests a favor to let his friend's sister, Ronnie, hitch a ride with him on the way to Perth.
