Sasha Waltz [Video]

Avant garde choreographer Sasha Waltz created the three-piece dance cycle featured in this release. It actually constitutes an adaptation of "Diloge '99/II," an installation in the Jewish Museum constructed by Daniel Liebskind, and each of the installments investigates a unique aspect of the human anatomy. "Körper" looks at the physical appearance of human beings, and thematically ties together the female dancer's body with architecture, history and science; "S" searches for the inception point of love, sensibility and life itself; and "noBody" asks serious, penetrating metaphysical questions about humanity's existence per se.
