Oakland punks the Fleshies have been launching great gobs of sound at an unsuspecting public since 1999, achieving undreamed of levels of success after releasing an EP in 2002 on Green Day star Billie Joe Armstrong's Adeline label. That they haven't let fame go to their heads is evidenced on this chaotic 2006 release, which combines tales of digestive anarchy like "The Disadvantages of a High Fiber Diet" with the schlock horror sound effects of "Half Werewolf, Half Vampire" and a cover of Sparks' "Happy Hunting Ground," the latter featuring the guest vocals of punk legend Jello Biafra.
