Ex-college sweethearts Kris and Naomi meet up a decade after they broke up. However, it is soon revealed through their present-day talk that the break-up was abrupt, leaving Naomi clueless and devastated as to why Kris suddenly up and left. For Kris, the battle is dealing with gender identity issues and finally transitioning from male to female.
