The Sherlock Holmes mystery Terror By Night comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer that preserves the original theatrical aspect ratio of 1.33:1. The English soundtrack is rendered in Dolby Digital Mono. There are neither subtitles nor closed captions on this release. Supplemental materials include a fascinating on-camera interview with Holmes creator Arthur Conan Doyle, a photo gallery, the theatrical trailer, and seven episodes from the radio broadcasts of "The New Adventures of Sherlock Holmes," which featured the work of this film's leads Basil Rathbone and Nigel Bruce. This is a superb disc for any Baker Street Irregular.
