Imagination breeds hilarity when a rainbow-colored rock grants a boy named Toe (Jimmy Bennett) his every wish, causing his corporate-run town to be overrun with miniature spaceships and crocodile armies. Once the grown-ups get their hands on the rock, the real trouble begins.
