Stabat Mater: Jubilaeum Collection 2000 A.D. - Luigi Boccherini

At the turn of the millennium, the Pope called for a series of concerts to commemorate the passing of time; the resulting series, shot in the legendary Palazzo Della Cancelleria Aula Magna in Rome and called the Jubilaeum Collection 2000 A.D., celebrated the best in classical hymns, requiems, and arias. This installment pays homage to composer Luigi Boccherini's "Stabat Mater" and features soprano Maria Dragoni.
