Stranger on the Third Floor

An aspiring journalist testifies he saw a young man at the scene of a brutal killing and the man is sentenced to death. The journalist worries he is responsible for the death of an innocent man and begins his own investigation with his wife, but the duo soon find themselves threatened by a mysterious stranger.
