Super Size Me

This acclaimed documentary follows filmmaker Morgan Spurlock as he performs a gutsy experiment: He eats nothing but fast food for a month. It doesn't turn out to be the healthiest diet, but the film certainly gives one food for thought. Also covered are school-lunch programs; the impact of food-industry lobbyists; and America's skyrocketing obesity rate.
