Tarzan, the Ape Man

It wasn't so much the popularity of author Edgar Rice Burroughs' timeless jungle mainstay that drew audiences into theaters for this 1981 retelling of the Tarzan legend, but rather it was the presence of screen beauty Bo Derek. Now audiences can once again watch the woman once dubbed a perfect "10" frolic in the jungle, thanks to Warner Bros.' release of Tarzan, the Ape Man. The feature is presented in 1.85:1 anamorphic widescreen with accompanying audio rendered in closed-captioned English Dolby Digital 5.1. Optional English, Spanish, and French subtitles are also available. Extra features on this release are limited to a theatrical trailer.
