They Made Me a Criminal

A talented but self-destructive boxer is framed for murder, but after an accident makes it appear as if he is dead, the fighter begins living under an assumed identity. He begins spending time at a ranch for wayward kids, learns to care about them all, and agrees to fight a barnstorming champion boxer in order to raise money for the place. Meanwhile, one tenacious cop remains on his trail.
