Hill Harper gives a convincing performance as a Los Angeles man who becomes overwhelmingly obsessed with the idea that the city will be the target of a nuclear attack by terrorists. Robinne Lee plays his wife, and Tom Arnold costars as himself, who also happens to believe that L.A. is destined for destruction. Produced, written and directed by Chris Angel. Harper also serves as one of the producers and Arnold receives an executive producer credit.
