This no-nonsense workout video has been released on DVD in an appropriately stripped-down presentation. Thug Workout: Fitness From The Streets has been given a full-frame transfer at the standard aspect ratio of 1.33:1, and the audio has been mastered in Dolby Digital Stereo. No addition bonus material has been included on the disc, but the ease in which individual parts of the workout can be accessed and played over again for beginners certainly gives the DVD a practical advantage over the VHS release of the same material.
