Main songwriters Jim Keller and Tom Heath show a rare talent for writing catchy hook and memorable melodies on this fine debut. Despite a considerable promotional push from Columbia and no shortage of quality material, this record lacked the extra something needed to distinguish it from the masses of similar sounding bands of the time.
