Roxette's 2011 comeback album, Charm School, was so successful -- it hit number one in both Germany and Switzerland and was awarded gold certification in several countries and platinum status in Germany -- that the band didn't wait too long before recording a new album. Released in March 2012, Travelling is the group's ninth album and a sequel of sorts to its 1992 album Tourism, sporting the same subtitle: Songs from Studios, Stages, Hotel Rooms and Other Strange Places. Mostly recorded and written during their 2011 tour, the album contains several new studio recordings, but also a number of live tracks and some songs from the band's past -- which have mostly been re-recorded ("See Me," originally released as a B-side to their 1994 album Crash! Boom! Bang!) or remixed (the 2002 song "The Weight of the World," included here in a Vocal Up Mix version). "It's Possible," the album's leadoff single, is included in two versions: one with rock guitars, synths, and vocal effects, and the other with acoustic guitar and drums. ~ Christian Genzel
