Also broadcast under the title THE STU ERWIN SHOW, the situation comedy TROUBLE WITH FATHER ran on ABC for five seasons, from October 1950, through April 1955. Real-life husband and wife comedy team Stu Erwin and June Collyer starred as the two main characters, Stu and June Erwin - the principal of a local small-town high school, and his homemaker wife. Supporting characters included their daughters Jackie (Sheila James) and Joyce (Ann Todd) as well as local handyman Willie (Willie Best). Four episodes of the sitcom appear in this box set: QUARANTINE, A VERY RAINY DAY, QUIET PLACE and JACKIE FINDS A CAUSE.
