Terence Hill and Marvelous Marvin Hagler headline this action-packed buddy comedy about a retired Miami cop (Hagler) who's forced to take on a terrorist ring after his old partner (Hill) dies in the line of duty. Meanwhile, the fallen cop returns in virtual form to complete his final mission, and protect his loyal partner.
