A promising filmmaker who suffered a traumatic experience outside and now struggles with agoraphobia decides to try to write, direct and star in the follow-up to his successful first film, from the confines of his apartment. Cue a psychotic co-writer, an in-house therapist and a cheating girlfriend in this comedy drama.
