Yoga with Ateeka

Filmed in Hawaii, Yoga With Ateeka will take the viewer/participant through a continuous Hatha yoga session, complete with scenery and haunting music. Ateeka explains the poses and the purposes, and how each pose benefits the practitioner. The video begins with breath work and centering, and then goes to the Sun Salutation posture for a few complete rounds. Included are forward bends, backward bends, balancing, bridge pose, and the backbend. Floor stretches, inversions, and other typical yoga moves for a complete body workout are demonstrated, and techniques for dealing with stress and tension the yoga way are stressed.
