When a country doctor cures a sick circus elephant named Zenobia, the elephant becomes attached to him and starts following him around. His daughter's fiancé's mother, who disapproves of their union, uses this to try to stop their wedding. Based on the novel "Zenobia's Infidelity" by H.C. Brunner.
