When his gears, bolts, and circuit breakers abruptly develop a conscience, Zeta abandons his deadly trade and goes on the run with a young teenage runaway, Ro. With cover operatives hot on the trail of the rebel robot, the pair get in dazzling adventures as they try to hunt down Zeta's creator, Dr. Selig, in order to stop the chase.
